visit to Llys-y-Fran Country Park and Reservoir is a day the whole family can share in a
beautiful "lake side" setting with all this to enjoy. |

Walking from a short stroll to a 6.5 mile walk right around the
reservoir with plenty of points at which to stop and take in in the beauty of the
surrounding countryside.
Fishing one of Wales finest trout fisheries and a favorite spot
for enthusiast or beginners who just want to "have a go" All the tackle you need
can be hired at the Llan-y-Fran shop and tuition is available on site.
Adventure Playground fun for children of all ages we also have a
second especially for the smaller children next to the restaurant.
Sailing easy launch facilities if you want to bring your own
sailing boat, windsurfer or canoe
Picnic a favorite venue for picnic, Llys-y-fran has tables sited
at all of the Park's best vantage points
Disabled Facilities ramped access to gift shop, restaurant, and
special toilets area. Members of staff are usually able to assist with special
requirements. Two specially adapted boats are available for disabled anglers-please ring
for details.

Reservoir and the abundance of wildlife you can see at Llys-y-Fran.

undemanding track that will take you around the perimeter path of the reservoir. Cycles
and helmets can be hired from the Llan-y-Fran shop.
